Spring Salad with Blue Cheese & Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

Topped off with the perfect Raspberry Balsamic Glaze and blue cheese, this fresh green salad is the perfect dish to welcome in the new spring season.


  • 8 Servings
  • 8 Cups prepared salad greens
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • Fresh fruit (pears, apples)
  • Sugared nuts
  • Raspberry Glaze


1.  Raspberry Glaze: ½ cup seedless raspberry jam and 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar.  Mix jam and balsamic together and heat in the microwave until jam is softened. Stir to combine.

2.  Place salad greens in a large bowl; surround the bowl with smaller bowls filled with cheese, dried fruit, fresh fruit, sugared nuts and raspberry glaze.  Serve buffet style.
