White Chili

WHITE CHILI

½ lb pork loin                                1-16 oz can navy beans, drained

          or butterfly porkchops

1 small onion                                  1-16 oz can chick peas, drained

1 tsp oil                                            1-4 oz can green chilies

1 ½ tsp. ground cumin                 1-16 oz can white corn, drained

¼ tsp garlic powder                      1-14 oz can chicken broth

1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Sauté pork & onion in oil.  Stir in all remaining ingredients.   Simmer for 20 minutes.  Excellent reheated so may want to double recipe.
